EMPOWERED TRAVELER

This app would connect travelers to locals in a fun, casual way. It focuses on smaller groups or one on one connections.
AirBnB ‘Experiences’ seems to focus on businesses showcasing their talents to tourists. Meetup seems to have larger groups/ not solely focused on meeting locals but mostly other travelers.
Empowered travelers gradually develop the confidence to seek out unique experiences and meet locals.
New travelers that are not yet fully empowered would like to be guided through an experience that facilitates connecting with locals in a fun and efficient way.
Travelers would pay when booking specific itinerary.
Price varies based on expenses involved, length of itinerary. Guides get paid when travelers book their activities through app. App takes portion of sales.
